The AEDIDH was invited by the Basque Government to participate in the Congress. To that end, Prof. Dr. Ana Salado Osuna (Professor of International Law at the University of Seville, Treasurer, Executive Director and Representative of the AEDIDH in Andalusia) represented the Association. Prof. Salado presented to the plenary of the Congress the Luarca Declaration on the Human Right to Peace and the details about the Global Campaign carried out by the AEDIDH for the international recognition of this right.
