Before a large audience of teachers and students of Political Science at the University of Valencia, the President of the AEDIDH was invited to give a lecture on the human right to peace on April 25, 2008, as part of celebrations of 60th anniversary of the Universal Declaration on Human Rights.
On this occasion, he spoke about the strategies that AEDIDH applies to share Luarca Declaration on the Human Right to Peace with international civil society, as well as the purpose of the AEDIDH to introduce into the work programme of the Human Rights Council the international codification of this emerging right.
