The AEDIDH has produced a collective and scientific work of 529 p. which was issued in August 2007 with 1,000 copies and was partially translated in four languages (Spanish, Catalan, English and French). The high-level scientific work contains the Declaration of Luarca on the Human Right to Peace, as well as a preliminary study of the same in all four languages. It also includes a selection of the best presentations made by some human rights commentators during the regional expert meetings organized by the AEDIDH in Spain in 2006.

The book has been edited by C.R. Rueda Castañón and C. Villán Duran and published by the Publishing House Ediciones Madu, Asturias. It also contains a foreword by Federico Mayor Zaragoza -President of the Culture of Peace Foundation-, a presentation by the directors of the Catalan Agency for Development Cooperation, some reflections on "the conquest of the human right to peace” by the former Counsellor of the Asturias government, and an introduction by Villán Carlos Duran, President of the AEDIDH.
